JM Architects got shortlisted for the Building Design Architect of the Year Awards!

UK based architecture design & development company JM Architects got shortlisted for the Building Design Architect of the Year Awards in the 2020 AYA shortlists. JM Architects is an award-winning architectural practice with extensive experience in education, community, health, social housing, commercial, private residential, retail, and sports and leisure projects.

First founded in 1962, JM Architects is now one in the top UK’s foremost architectural practitioners, they provide design services in architecture, masterplanning, urban planning, interior design, 3D visualization, and sustainability to both private and public sector clients, they have studios in Edinburgh, Glasgow, London, and Manchester.

The 2020 AYA shortlists

JM Architects has been shortlisted for the awards in the category Retail and Leisure Architect of the Year, joining along with the David Morley Architects, Faulkner Browns, Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands, Maccreanor Lavington, Populous, Pozzoni,  and Woods Bagot.

JM Architects submissions included Market Street Hotel, Edinburgh; Stock Exchange Hotel, Manchester; Hotel Indigo and Staybridge Suites, Dundee and Exchange 2, Edinburgh.
