Microsoft Teams (the video calling software) will start supporting custom backgrounds from now on during the video calls, and that feature will be updated automatically in the pre-installed versions of the software, announced by Jared Spataro on the official blog of Microsoft (Corporate Vice President for Microsoft 365).
People stayed inside the doors for long because of the massive impact caused by Coronavirus (Covid-19) and the scenario is still the same, but doing working never stopped for people, they managed it even from the back of the doors and that’s where the video calling became more useful and significant.
Microsoft Teams will allow you to choose a background from their pre-installed background collection or you can also upload your own picture or wallpaper and set it as a background, so it provides you both the options either choose from the ones that are installed or upload a one that you have.
There are plenty of websites online from where you can download free pictures and backgrounds and set one as your video background. Some of the popular websites that provide free pictures are Unsplash, Pexels, and Pixabay, and there are plenty more that you can find on Google.
